Harvest is a consulting firm with a clear focus: We help companies increase their online revenue. Since the start in 2009, Harvest generated significant revenue growth for our continuous growing client portfolio and became the European market leader in online monetization.  
 
With a proven track record across the globe in online monetization and business development, Harvest knows how to approach a project in a strategic yet pragmatic way. We keep in mind that solutions have to be workable and actually need to result in a real increase of revenue.
Harvest combines realization of short-term revenue with thorough strategic analyses to make sure we also secure the long-term growth of our clients' business. 
 
Our portfolio of clients consists of medium to large size online- and offline companies. All are international players or market leaders in their national market.

Peter Koning
Before joining the Harvest Amsterdam team as a consultant, Peter obtained a MSc degree in Business Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. He complemented his academic knowledge at the University of California, Los Angeles. During his study in Rotterdam, Peter worked for several IT companies for over 3 years. There he developed his skills in solving problems fast and adequately. His passion lies in exploring the extensive fields of technology marketing.

At Harvest Amsterdam, Peter has developed into a specialist in the field of online advertising and specifically AdSense optimization. He has worked for numerous clients, including Hyves, Compare Group, Telegraaf Media Group, Spil Games and Teufel. Peter is driven in analysing and executing different advertising models that result in giving a boost to the online advertising revenues.

Merlin de Graaf
Merlin obtained a MSc degree in Finance and Investments at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Her interests in different cultures was broadened by studying a few months at the State Polytechnical University in St. Petersburg, Russia.

After university she joined the Food & Agri team at the mergers & acquisitions department of Rabo Securities. Growing up in an entrepreneurial environment, two years later she founded M&A boutique Squarefield together with 2 former colleagues from Rabo Securities. Being active in corporate advisory for more than five years, Merlin was involved in the execution of several sell- and buy-side projects such as the sale of United Dutch Breweries to Egeria and the acquisition of Grampian by VION Food Group and gained extensive knowledge of the Benelux food sector.

Driven by the interest in online developments in combination with strategic advisory and solutions, Merlin joins Harvest as a consultant focussed on e-retail. She combines her work at Harvest with an internet start-up in the fashion industry

Wie wij zoeken

Candidate profile: we're looking for the top 5% of academics
•          0-2 years working experience

•          Analytical yet pragmatic

•          Commercial mindset

•          Affinity with online

•          An academic degree (Beta/Economic/Business), e.g. Master in Econometrics

•          Grammar school (VWO/Gymnasium) with a 8.0 or higher for Beta courses (math B, physics and chemistry)

•          Extracurricular activities that prove your entrepreneurial spirit

•          Fluent in Dutch and English, and preferably one other language

Candidate profile
•          5-8 years working experience in strategy consulting and online business

•          Entrepreneurial, with commercial mindset and high energy

•          Strategist with a pragmatic approach

•          Kick starter and a finisher

•          Strong social- and project management skills
